Whitemud Crossing Chiropractors
This clinic and it’s doctors have been waiting for us to find each other. Hopefully this means there will be now peace on earth and good karma will reign. Yes. It is THAT good.
September also had the Pawlick family looking out and about for a new family member…
We actually went looking in the airport and everything! In the end we found Clarence. Our little French dude.
I hate to say…but I may have broken him of every good habit he arrived with from Quebec. I think he now knows every variation we say using…. buttocks…hairy buttocks etc. Clarence says I have a fascination with butts. He is probably right but his mother is still going to kill me.
We have 2 short weeks left with our little dude. We’ve taken him to the big ass mall, Drumheller, Camrose, the zoo, the Chiropractor! …oh ya…we know how to show a kid a good time…
Next weekend we hope to truck him off to ski in the Rocky Mountains…fingers crossed he comes back in one piece. The kid likes to find danger…
I would also like to put all those haters on notice. Clarence actually LIKES my cooking.
So today I introduce……
Top Ten Foods Laurie Cooks that Clarence Eats
- Popcorn- the kid loves it. All flavours- easy to prepare. no sweat.
- Quesadillas- never had them before and asked for those “kinda taco things but not” as a do-over.
- Cereal. Eats it every AM- technically not cooked by Laurie but purchasing the stuff counts right?
- BBQ Pork Chops – Apparently I have mad Ninja skills where this is concerned. I make double and he eats them for breakfast…after the cereal.
- Breakfast for supper. Yup. eggs and pancakes with all the trimmings just eaten at 6 pm.
- Roast Chicken. Is this where I tell him all our meat is organic?
- BEANS. squeaky barely cooked fresh green beans. Would eat them every day. I hunt them down. kill them and drag them home behind my car. Again…ORGANIC Clarence…sigh..
- Smoothies. Yes word on the street is right Bryant. I DO make the best smoothies in all the land. technically not cooking but just sayin…
- Biscuits. Again. say it with me. WORLDS BEST BISCUIT MAKER. He asked me to teach him. (No Mrs. Robinson jokes Kim…)
- Spaghetti with home made sauce made by Morgan and Morgan’s mommy.
And there you have it. Tomorrow I will share creative vocabulary….Pawlick Style.
….and yes…I did say tomorrow…
